Solution: Leadership Styles and Personality Types: Impact on Communication

Based on the Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid, my leadership style is Team Leader (high task, high relationship). This type of leadership is where a leader leads by example and aims at fostering teamwork and encouraging the team to perform beyond their potential.   This leadership approach is consistent with my trait as I focus on empowering my team members and encouraging them to perform to achieve both their personal and organizational goals.  Such a leader strives to empower their followers to perform beyond the required expectations and work toward a shared vision (Steinmann et al., 2018).
