HPI: K.M, a 22-year old Hispanic American female presents to the clinic with complaints of vaginal itchiness with the production of thin, gray discharge for the past five days. She verbalizes that the vaginal discharge has a very strong foul fishy odor which becomes stronger particularly after sexual intercourse.
