Outlining the possible project outcomes is very important as it helps in measuring project productivity regarding attainment of set goals. As defined by Johnson and Smith (2018), project outcomes are deliverables such as specific tangible plans, measurements and status reports in relation to project planning, management, and closure. These outcomes include qualitative and quantitative changes expected by the project stakeholders upon successful project implementation and completion (Grubaugh & Flynn, 2018). Taking this into consideration, my project entails improvement of leadership and management skills in nurses by aligning nurses’ activities with career goals while demonstrating the capacity to apply healthcare concepts in healthcare settings. The project outcomes will be in relation to the nurses, patients, and nursing practice. In regards to nurses, the outcomes include the development of leadership and management skills, enhancement of team work and collaboration, improvement of personal values, increased job satisfaction, and reduced turnover rates.
